At Details, we want you to be satisfied with every piece you receive. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be free from scratches, stains, damage, or any signs of wear.
- The item should be returned with its original packaging, if available.
- Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or worn accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or store credit.
- Items returned after the allowed return period.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution based on the case.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the delivery date, subject to product availability.
Items may be exchanged for the same product type, color, or another available item of equal value. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution depending on the case.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return or exchange process is completed. Details is not responsible for lost return packages.
Buyer Protection
If your order is not delivered within 22 days from the purchase date, you may contact us to review the case. If it is confirmed that the order has not arrived, you will receive a refund and may keep the order if it arrives later.
Important Notes
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Details is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
